Can You Apply for a Fixed Fee Divorce?
To determine if you qualify for our fixed fee service, ask yourself the following questions:
Have you been married for at least two years?
Have you been separated and living apart at separate addresses continuously for at least the last 12 months?
Are there children of the marriage under 18 years with clear care arrangements in place?
Are you and your spouse Australian citizens?
Is your Marriage Certificate in English?
Do you have an address for where your spouse lives and/or works?

How Our Fixed Fee Divorce Works
Initial Consultation – We meet with you to gather details and documents.
What documents we need:
Marriage Certificate (in English)
Previous Orders or Financial Agreements
Application Preparation – We draft and prepare your Application for Divorce.
Filing with the Court – We lodge the Application with the Court.
Finalisation – Once approved, we provide you with the sealed Divorce Order.
Cost Breakdown
Professional and administrative fees: $750 (inc GST)
Court filing fee: $1,100 (or $365 for concession cardholders)
Total fixed cost: $1,850
Additional costs may apply for:
Obtaining a copy of your Marriage Certificate
Serving the Application to your spouse (e.g. process server)
Spouse refusing to sign or accept the Application
Preparing affidavits for additional information
Court attendance (if required)
We will discuss any potential extra costs with you upfront.
Fixed Fee Consent Orders
If you and your former spouse have reached an agreement, Consent Orders allow you to formalise that agreement in a legally binding way. Our fixed-fee services make this process straightforward and affordable.

1. Property Consent Orders: $4,000 inc GST
2. Parenting Consent Orders: $3,000 inc GST
3. Property & Parenting Consent Orders: $6,000 inc GST

Drafting Documents – The Application for Consent Orders and Consent Orders are drafted.
Review and Signing – Once both parties agree, the documents are signed.
Court Filing – We lodge the Consent Orders with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Approval and Completion – Once approved, we provide you with sealed Orders and outline any next steps.
